The book is the fruit of a journey to Tibet, a spiritual journey in which the author describes his experiences, feelings and thoughts. People like to show their good side, it can be seen well in social media, the worse side they hide eagerly. The author does exactly the opposite - he looks at his weaknesses, touches on painful topics that others would rather forget and hide them deep, especially in such a beautiful place. The author writes about it this way: "In order to love myself, I had to be a cold bastard first. I made a lot of mistakes, missed a lot of opportunities, experienced a lot of failures, but that`s what I came up with. It made me understand who I am. This is my story. Today I am a pollen of the universe, but also a human being aware of several dimensions in which I live, my soul and source. The book talks about things that are important to us: about love, hope, life, but also about sadness, fear and death. It talks about the freedom and captivity of the mind, as well as about the soul, about setting your own boundaries. It answers the questions you ask yourself and the ones you are afraid to ask. Reading this book you will feel grateful that someone had the courage to write that it doesn`t have to be you, that you don`t have to tell the whole world about your shadow. Perhaps it was the holy mountain of Kailas, to which the author of the book went and whose beautiful photos we can admire in it. This is an important element of the book - the photos introduce us to the right atmosphere, thanks to which the holy mountain may speak to us.
